Caldecott 牙科診所由我們的首席牙醫 AK Afshary 博士創立。 我們曾經是位於 34 North Street Rugby 的 North Street 牙科診所，但在 2014 年擴張後，我們搬到了 44 Regent Place，現在我們是 Caldecott 牙科診所。因此，我們在 Rugby 擁有 20 多年曆史，是一家歷史悠久的牙科診所。
在 Caldecott 牙科，我們同時提供 NHS 和私人牙科治療。該實踐位於一樓進行實踐 所有人都可以訪問。

Mrs Sandra Holmes
Practice Manager
Senior Dental Nurse
Sandra has worked with Mr Afshary as a dental nurse and practice manager since 1997. In this 18 years she has had the leading role to employ staff and arrange staff training.
Sandra is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and ensuring that we meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Apart from being practice manager, Sandra works on reception and is a qualified dental nurse.(NVQ level3)
Sandra enjoys her job because of the diversity and no two days are the same and she is always up for a challenge.
Outside of work, she enjoys family life with her husband. She has two grown up children and one grandchild, who keeps her very busy. Sandra likes to spend time in her garden and on the rare occasions that she gets the chance to relax, she likes nothing better than having her nose in a good book, preferably in a deckchair with a glass of red wine!
Susanah Hartwell
Dental Nurse
Susannah is a part of the Dental Nursing team here at Caldecott dental practice. She has worked for many years and is a Qualified Dental Nurse she has been with our team since 2009, in these seven years she has always been a very helpful member of the team.
Susannah has got a daughter and works part time.
Outside of work she likes nothing better than socialising with her family and friends. Susannah plays the piano.
Felicia Tuffield
Dental Nurse
Felicia has recently joined the team here at Caldecott Dental Practice as a qualified Dental Nurse. She is looking forward to meeting patients and working with her team members. She has been working as a dental nurse since 2014 and she recently qualified in February 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys art and design, travelling and socialising with friends and family.
Jordan Childs
Dental Nurse
Jordan has recently joined Caldecott Dental Practice as a qualified dental nurse. She has been working as a dental nurse since 2014, qualifying in 2016 and also achieving her dental radiography in 2018.
In her space time, she enjoys teaching dance and spending time with her family and friends.
Dr A.K. Afshary

Dr A.K. Afshary qualified as a dentist ,tandlakare, at Stockholm in 1992. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry. He worked as an associate dentist in Northampton in 1994 for 2 years , before moving to Rugby in 1996 .
He worked as a general dental practitioner in Orchard centre for 2 years before moving to North street dental practice in Rugby in 1999. After 14 years practicing general dentistry in this place due to high demand of patients he has chosen to relocate his practice to a larger place just a few hundred meters away in the Town centre area, next to Caldecott park .
In the 60-70s this building is where St John ambulance had its activity.
The new practice is situated in the first floor which makes it easy access to all patients especially for elderly people and patients with disabilities. He has loved working here ever since and nearly all our patients who we have cared for over the 18 years in Rugby have joined us here.

Dr Karolina Maluga-Siek qualified from Medical University in Poland in 2001. She came to join our practice in 2006. Karolina enjoys all aspects of dentistry particularly in surgical treatment and implantology.
Her professional development is very important to her. She has gained postgraduate qualification in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry.

Dr Tiong graduated from Barts and the London School of Dentistry, University of London in 2010.
She has undergone training of Dental Foundation Year 1 in West Midlands Deanery and Dental Foundation Year 2 in Oxford Deanery in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Academically and clinically, she is awarded in Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons, Edinburgh; MFDS RCSEd in 2012. She also obtained Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Studies; DPDS from University of Bristol in 2014.
Dr. Tiong has completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Sedation and Pain Management from University College London in 2015 and she delivers Intravenous Sedation to help patients who are anxious with dental treatments.
Dr. Tiong has a special interest in endodontics (Root Canal) which she holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Endodontology from University of Chester in 2020 which enables her to treat a more complex root canal treatment in primary care dentistry.
She is a provider for Short Term Orthodontics treatment, Six Month Smiles® and also a registered Somnowell Practitioner.

Upon graduating in 1995 from Alexandria University in Egypt, Dahlia worked in both
Germany and Egypt. She then relocated to the UK practising in Rugby, Stoke on Trent,
Coventry.
Dahlia holds higher qualifications including a Master Degree from Alexandria University,
Egypt and a Doctor Degree in Dentistry from the Restorative Department, Erlangen
University, Germany.
Dahlia also holds the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal
College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MFDS Diploma).
Dahlia enjoys working with nervous patients to put them at ease. She likes to ensure a good
rapport with all her patients and hope to develop a long lasting mutual trust.
Her passion lies in giving confidence to her patients through smile makeovers that include
whitening, veneers and uses the Invisalign system to move teeth.
