THE PRACTICE

Caldecott Dental Practice is established by our Principal Dentist, Dr A.K. Afshary. We were once North Street Dental Practice in 34 North Street Rugby but following expansion in 2014, we moved to 44 Regent Place where we are now Caldecott Dental Practice. Hence, we are a long established dental practice in Rugby for more than 20 years.
At Caldecott Dental, we provide both NHS and private dental treatment. The practice is situated on the ground floor making the practice accessible for all.
We offer full range of dental treatments but not limited to general dentistry, these include restorative dentistry, paediatric dentistry and also cosmetic dentistry.
We also offer in-house private dental implant, short term orthodontics and anti-snoring device.
At Caldecott Dental, you are treated in a friendly environment. Whether you are seeking a routine examination or you are anxious about your dental visit, our team are approachable and will put you at ease.

DipDH DipDT
Dental Hygienist and Therapist

I have been in the dental industry since 2009 starting out as a dental nurse and progressing to a Dental Therapist. I qualified from Kings College London with a dual qualification in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy in 2020.

I have studied at Barts and the London School of Medicine and dentistry where I achieved the Deans award for excellence and the highest grade for the year.

I am experienced in all the very latest techniques and methods and since qualifying as a dental therapist I have gained additional qualifications in dental whitening. Additionally, I have experience working in different environments including dental institutes, community hospitals as well as NHS and private practices. I am empathetic towards my patients’ concerns, needs and understand their anxieties, as such I endeavour to provide the highest treatment standards possible.

In my spare time I enjoy taking part in yoga, reading, and supporting my local community.
